Qualifications
Key Requirements and Qualifications: Master or advanced Degree and equivalent experience in biotech/ life sciences required
CHO cells culturing, Drug development and manufacturing knowledge, and 5+ years relevant sales business experience required
Highly effective at overcoming obstacles with strong interpersonal communication skills
Skilled in conducting business and sales presentations with scientific rigor
Excellent scientific writing and analytical skills
Ability to travel in the US and internationally to engage with clients
Effective interpersonal and project management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced matrix environment
Multilingual is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Expand client relationships and identify new clients to establish business relationships
The qualified candidates will interact with clients to introduce our products and services
Lead sales & BD team
With support from our technical teams these individuals will also provide customized solutions to our clients
Provide feedback on market needs, trends, competitive landscape and new business opportunities to the rest of the company
Follow BD operations and transactions including proposals and agreement/contract developments, negotiations, deal closure and alliance management
Lead cross-functional collaborations, coordinate with R&D, CMC, Operations, and Finance, in some instances be the main BD contact person
