Summary: Undertakes the annual KPI indicators of the sales department, including revenue, operating profits, official website indicators, inventory turnover; improves product competitiveness and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the subsidiary's general manager in formulating sales plans and comprehensive budgets, and break them down for implementation, ensuring the achievement of annual and monthly sales targets.
2. Based on the headquarters' performance targets and market strategy, develop and execute relevant sales and marketing plans for the subsidiary, aiming to achieve the annual performance targets set by the headquarters.
3. Regularly evaluate existing operational models and processes and provide suggestions for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Actively carry out various external contacts, communications, negotiations and public relations crisis event handling for subsidiaries.
5. Responsible for maintaining relationships with channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Beyond, and other channels, and actively exploring and tracking new channels.
6. Effectively handle store public relations crises, be familiar with store crisis management processes, and actively and positively maintain the company's brand image.
7. Optimize product descriptions, images, and manuals to improve product quality and continuously enhance the customer experience and ranking of the company's products on various platforms.
8. Responsible for establishing and managing the team for the US official website, integrating local resources, and assisting the headquarters' operations team in achieving performance targets for the official website.
9. Organize product purchase meetings, conduct regular sales forecasts for existing products, and monthly sales forecasts to increase the number of popular products and improve their sales proportion, thus enhancing the competitiveness of the products.
10. Formulate reasonable product pricing strategies based on market demand and competition conditions to improve product price competitiveness and promote consumer purchasing intention.
11. Confirm and implement the monthly promotion plan formulated by HQ, monitor advertising effects (exposure, advertising expenditure, ROI, etc.), discover and analyze abnormalities in advertising, and make optimization suggestions to HQ
12. Responsible for handling slow-moving inventory, tracking seasonal products and popular items sales, and improving inventory turnover rate.
13. Responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of relevant projects of the department in charge, ensuring that the projects achieve the expected goals and results.
14. Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of the performance of the department in charge, and optimize the incentive system, and organize the learning and growth of the department in charge.
15. Provide regular recommendations on operations, human resources, and organizational development to the subsidiary's general manager and headquarters (HQ), aiming to improve the overall management level of the company, control labor costs, and enhance workforce productivity.
16. Other work assigned by HQ or the general manager of the subsidiary
Qualifications:
1. College degree and above.
2. 10-20 years work experience; 5 years of management experience; cross-cultural international organization work experience; consumer products retailling sales related experience, and in e-commerce indurstry is preferred.
3. Proficient in the local literacy, EXCEL, mathematics.
4. Good communication skills, strong self-motivation and leadership.
